CALL FOR PAPERS

for the 12th International Conference on

"Computing in Economics and Finance"

Amathus Beach Hotel, Limassol, Cyprus, 22-24 June, 2006

The 12th Annual Conference on Computing in Economics and Finance (CEF) will cover all areas dealing with the computational aspects of economics, finance, and decisionmaking.

We are soliciting all papers dealing with computational aspects of economics, finance, and decision making. This includes (a) research making significant use of the computer, (b) furtherance of computational techniques, and (c) development of computational environments.

Each participant may submit only one paper. Joint-authored papers should be submitted by the author who intends to present the paper. If multiple joint-authored papers are submitted for presentation in the same format (regular or poster), each must be presented by a different author. Because Conference Maker does not distinguish between regular and poster submissions, ALL submissions should indicate "REGULAR" or "POSTER" as the first word in the paper title field of the Conference Maker submission screen. The Program Committee will make a sincere effort to honor the format preference on all submissions but reserves the right to request a change to meet the needs of the program.

Decisions will be made based on an abstract submitted between 25 November 2005 and 28 February 2006, on the Conference web site.

Decisions on acceptance or rejection will be notified on March 10, 2006. Final papers should be made available by June 1, 2006.

All details concerning the conference, including contact addresses, instructions for registration and room reservation can be found on this website http://www.csdassn.org/europe/cef06/. Please check back often for updated information, or direct your questions to us at matrix@dcs.bbk.ac.uk .

Note that hotel rooms are very scarce in Limassol during the summer, and that room availability will not be guaranteed for participants that do not book before May 1, 2006.
